Spa Getaway Sweeps

ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY - To enter the Giveaway, You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada. You must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a Prize. Employees of the Sponsor's respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, and advertising/ promotion/ publicity agencies doing business with the Sponsor are also not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a Prize. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY - The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01 am (EST) on September 16, 2013, and end at 11:59 pm (EST) on October 31, 2013 (the "Giveaway Period").

Grand Prize A

Part #1 - The Hilton Palm Springs (“HPS”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest*, free of charge, with the following (collectively, Part #1 of Grand Prize A): (a) a stay for two (2) nights at HPS, located at 400 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, California, 92262; (b) one (1) 50 minute spa service per person (Two (2) spa services in total) at Elements Spa during the duration of the stay.

Part #2 – Fareportal, Inc. (“FP”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner, free of charge, with the following (“Part #2” of the Grand Prize A): (a) one (1) three hundred dollar (USD $300.00) Travel Voucher (“Voucher”) for use towards the purchase of airfare listed on FP’s Website (www.cheapoair.com)

Approximate Total Retail Value ("TRV") of the Grand Prize A: USD $940.00. NOTE: Taxes, service charges and gratuities are not included.

Grand Prize B

Part #1  – The Saguaro Palm Springs (“SPS”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest*, free of charge, with the following (collectively, “Part #1” of Grand Prize B): (a) a stay for two (2) nights at SPS, located at 1800 East Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, California 92264; (b) one (1) 60 minute massage per person (Two (2) spa services in total) during the duration of the stay;

Part #2 – Fareportal, Inc. (“FP”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner, free of charge, with the following (“Part #2” of the Grand Prize B): (a) one (1) three hundred dollar (USD $300.00) Travel Voucher (“Voucher”) for use towards the purchase of airfare listed on FP’s Website (www.cheapoair.com)

Grand Prize C

Part #1  – The Ace Hotel & Swim Club (“AHSC”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest*, free of charge, with the following (collectively, “Part #1” of Grand Prize C): (a) a stay for two (2) nights in a Standard King Room at AHSC, located at 701 East Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, California 92264; (b) one (1) 60 minute Basic Goodness Massage and one (1) 60 minute Good Face Facial at the Feel Good Spa (Two (2) spa services in total) during the duration of the stay;

Part #2 – Fareportal, Inc. (“FP”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner, free of charge, with the following (“Part #2” of the Grand Prize C): (a) one (1) three hundred dollar (USD $300.00) Travel Voucher (“Voucher”) for use towards the purchase of airfare listed on FP’s Website (www.cheapoair.com)
