HERE are the main rules for this one:

ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY - To enter the Giveaway, You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada. You must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Co-Sponsors and their immediate family members and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a Prize. Employees of the Co-Sponsors' respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, and advertising/ promotion/ publicity agencies doing business with the Co-Sponsors are also not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a Prize. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY - The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01 am (EST) on September 16, 2013, and end at 11:59 pm (EST) on October 31, 2013 (the "Giveaway Period").

SELECTION OF WINNER/RANDOM DRAWING - The Giveaway Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 10, 2013, from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. SWMG will notify the Winner by e-mail and/ or telephone shortly after the random drawing. In the event that the Winner does not respond to SWMG's notification within two (2) business days, SWMG reserves the right to choose an alternate Winner.

PRIZE(S) -There will be one (1) Giveaway Winner in total. The Giveaway Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize comprised of three (3) separate parts. 

Part #1 – ONM will provide the Grand Prize Winner with a one (1) year subscription to “VIP by Giuliana Rancic” including four (4) VIP box deliveries in total (one (1) every three months).

Part #2 – LBB will provide the Grand Prize Winner with Five Hundred (500) Little Black Bag Credits (“Credits”). Winner may redeem Credits towards for any product listed on LBB’s Website 

Part #3 – MR shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest, free of charge, with the following (collectively Part #3 of the Grand Prize): (a) A stay for four (4) nights in a Deluxe room at MR, located at5000 East Via Estancia Miraval, Tucson, AZ 85739; (b) All meals, snacks, smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages for 5 days (5) days of their stay; (c) One hundred and fifty dollar (USD $150.00) nightly resort credit, per person to spend on select services (USD $600.00 in total, per person); (d) Unlimited participation in regularly scheduled daily self-discovery activities; (e) Full access to Miraval's extensive resort amenities including, but not limited to the fitness center, Life in Balance Spa, saunas and hot tubs; (f) Round trip shared shuttle transfers from Tucson International Airport or complimentary valet parking for those driving in; (g) Welcome gift of a Miraval tote bag & reusable water canteen per guest.

Approximate Total Retail Value ("TRV") of the Grand Prize: USD $5,700.00. NOTE: Airfare, taxes, service charges and gratuities are not included.
