*You don't have to sign up for any of the offers - I personally just say No to all of them, then on the toolbar thing - look at top right of screen and click No Thanks.  You will soon end up a page that asks for your email and cell phone number and your address.  It also states you agree to receive telemarketing calls from some of them if you do provide your cell phone number.  I gave my home number and an email address I reserve solely for freebies.

and anything after that, you can just close out of because the rest is just extras like most of the stuff before.  The offer says you only have to VIEW them all, not sign up for any.  So get your free gift card - just go click click click, no thanks, your info, close and done.
