SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about October 5, 2013, by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on each winner's registration.
3. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a George Foreman GGR50 Indoor/Outdoor Grill, not to exceed a cash value of $130.00. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of September 1, 2013, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
